It is almost unbelievable that pimples and toothpaste will be used in the same sentence, especially relating to each other. Anyways, in case you are wondering if there is any iota of truth in the topic, I will like to put it to you that it is a proven fact that toothpaste can indeed clear pimples off your face. Toothpaste is largely regarded as an underutilized beauty product, we all know it for one major function, brushing our teeth, yet it is loaded with ingredients that make it a very important beauty product.
Pimples are a serious menace to several faces, most of us have tried several methods just to get rid of them, from facial creams to antiseptic soaps, scrubs and so many other products, yet no positive results. I think it is time to try some other form of remedy, as it is said, you cannot keep trying the same method and expect a different result.
It might seem quite dumb but toothpaste can be the solution to all your pimples problems, the great part about this is that there are several ways to achieve this and you can make each one from the comfort of your home.
Salt and toothpaste
For this you will need a pump of toothpaste, about the size you use on your toothbrush, and a pinch of salt. Mix the both ingredients in a mixing bowl and rub on the affected area. For best results scrub gently for a few minutes before rinsing off with clean water. You should do this regularly till the pimples are totally gone.
Ice and toothpaste
For this you will need a pack of ice cubes and a pump of toothpaste, similar to the amount you use on your toothbrush. Simply apply the toothpaste on the affected areas and dab the ice pack over the area for about 15 minutes then wash off. This should be done as often as possible for best results.
