Benefits of baking soda

Baking soda and water

For this you need one tablespoon of water and two of baking soda. Add both ingredients in a bowl to form a smooth paste then apply in circular motion under the armpits and leave for 25 minutes. Rinse off with water, do it twice or thrice a week.

Baking soda and lemon

For this you need juice from half a lemon and 2 teaspoons of baking soda. Mix the ingredients to get smooth paste and then apply in circular motion as above. Leave to dry for 10 minutes and then rinse off.

Baking soda and coconut oil

Mix 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 2 of baking soda in a bowl to get a smooth paste. Apply under the arms in a circular motion and rinse off after 10 minutes.
