  • Milk & Almond body Scrub:

After all of this ingredients are combined mix into a coarse paste, cleanse your skin and apply this paste on your skin gently massage with your fingers in a circular motion, this can be done for at most ten minutes, wash off the scrub using lukewarm water. This works greatly, cause this is one of the best scrubs you could use for your skin, since coffee is rich in antioxidants, which helps to fight cellulite while the sugar in this scrub, works as an exfoliator, which helps in getting rid of the dead skin, the olive oil is usually optional as it penetrates deep into your skin hydrating it and keeping it healthy this scrub should be used two or three times weekly for a smooth and glowing skin.

  • Sea salt Scrub:

How to use; take a cup of sea salt, half a cup of olive oil, and five drops of any essential oil. After this is done properly mix the ingredients together for five minutes, then apply the paste on your skin carefully ad gently massage properly, and wash using lukewarm water, after five-ten minutes. This recipe should be used twice a week for a normal skin and thrice for an oily skin.

And it is a super budget friendly and easy to prepare treatment that will leave your skin feeling like that of a goddess. All you need do is take one-third or half a cup of granulated sugar and half a cup of pure virgin oil, prep for two minutes then apply on our skin and massage for five to ten minutes before carefully wash off using lukewarm water, one should try and do this twice or thrice a week, for effective results.

  • Banana Body/ Face Scrub:

Bananas are lightly moisturizing while also helping to control oil, which makes them great for you if you have areas of your body that are prone to be oily, such as your breast or back region, those with super sensitive skin may want to try this recipe, as it is super friendly to all types of skin (and it is more attractive as it has a pleasant smell).

How to use; take one ripe banana and dice neatly into a bowl, then add a table spoon of brown sugar and half teaspoon of vanilla (based on preference) mix this into a clean and smooth blend, apply carefully and leave to sit for one minute before gently massaging it over your skin in a circular motion, finally rinse of using lukewarm water after about ten minutes, this routine should be repeated twice a week.

  • Oat meal & Brown Sugar Scrub:

How to use; take half cup of uncooked oatmeal, half a cup of brown sugar, half a cup of  raw honey, and four drops of any essential oil. Prep for two minutes till it forms a coarse paste then apply this paste on your body using your finger, massage this fir five minutes, then wash off this hydrating body scrub using lukewarm water, this routine should be followed at least two times in a week.
