As for smokers, they require an extra 35mg, they are three times more prone to vitamin C deficiency. Sometimes though, it can be caused by lack of iron and vitamin B2 (riboflavin). To increase your vitamin intake, eat more of meat, poultry, whole grains, dairy, nuts, eggs, fish, organ meats, nuts, seeds, legumes, green vegetables, starchy vegetables etc. For iron, you could eat foods like legumes, nuts, seeds, green vegetables, whole grains, meat, fish, legumes, poultry etc.

Hair Loss

This is one of the most common signs that your body is lacking in vitamins. You probably think this means just the hair falling out in tiny strands but actually, and terrifyingly, this usually happens in huge chunks. The hair losses are too noticeable to ignore as they occur in very large chunks, this is how you know your condition is not “normal “.
