BAKING SODA

Using two parts water and one part baking soda, make a paste and scrub it on the affected area, rinsing thoroughly and gently after a minute.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Apple cider vinegar has a reputation for being an all-around natural ingredient for anything and everything from cleaning solutions to ski n care.

Same goes to treating scars. All you need do is, mix apple cider vinegar with honey and apply it the scar area, leave it on for at least 10 minutes. When this is done up to three times a day, best believe, you will definitely see results.

TURMERIC POWDER

The curcumin property contained in turmeric makes it a great option for specifically treating acne scars. Curcumin is a compound with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce excess production of melanin, which can add pigmentation to your scar and make it darker

Turmeric powder also treats discoloration and helps your skin glow. It is also antiseptic so it makes your skin  smooth without irritation.

You can also mix honey to hasten its effectiveness. Just add equal parts honey and turmeric (1 tsp each) and keep it on for about 20 minutes to allow the paste to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells. Rinse thoroughly with cool water.
