• Start with melting the coconut oil, almond oil and beeswax in a double boiler.
• Next, pour the oils in the blender and then let the mixture cool
• To the mixture, add the aloe vera gel and the essential oils.
• Blend everything till you get a texture that is creamy.
• You can store in the refrigerator using a glass jar so that it is easy to use whenever you want.

Hibiscus and Coconut oil moisturizer

Hibiscus pulp is used often in Africa to soothe the skin and heal wounds. This is made possible as a result of its antioxidant properties. Plus, it contains anthocyanins, which helps enhance the health of the skin. Coconut oil also soothes the skin and keeps it moisturized.

What you’ll need:

• Two tablespoons of hibiscus tea
• A cup of coconut oil (extra virgin coconut oil)

What you should do:

• First, grind the hibiscus tea till you have it in powdered form.
• Next, be sure the coconut oil is melted. You can melt it yourself with a little heat.
• Mix the tea powder and the oil, cover it and leave it for a while.
• Next, strain the oil with a cheesecloth to get it separated from the tea powder.
• Let the oil cool. As it does so, it’ll begin to solidify.
• Whip it in a mixer for two minutes and transfer the cream-like mixture into a glass jar.
• You can now apply on your skin.

Shea Butter, Avocado oils and Essential oil Homemade Face Moisturizer For Dry Skin

Shea butter provides the skin with nourishment and keeps it moisturized. Avocado oil, rosehip seed and geranium all have a soothing effect on dry skin while sea buckthorn oil does more than soothing dry skin – it also effectively handles cases like itchy skin and eczema

What you’ll need:

• Half a cup of shea butter
• One teaspoon of avocado oil
• Seven drops of sea buckthorn oil
• Six to seven drops of geranium oil
• Six to seven drops of rosehip seed oil

What you should do:

• Start by melting the shea butter in a double boiler. If you do not know how to prepare a double boiler, here’s how ; Get a saucepan and pour some water into it. Next, place it on a stove or your cooker, whichever is available. Next, place a glass container that is heat-proof over the saucepan. Of course, it would have to fit snugly to stay tightly over the saucepan. Wait until the water begins to simmer before putting the butter in the glass container so it melts. While it melts, stir continuously.
• When the shea butter is all melted, take it out of it the heat.
• Next, add avocado oil to the melted shea butter and mix both ingredients
• The essential oils should come in next, after which you’re expected to whip the ingredients thoroughly to get a texture that is perfectly creamy.
• Take the cream out of the container and pour into a glass jar so you can use daily for your skin.

Beeswax, Natural oil and Essential oil Moisturizer

Beeswax is effective in healing skin problems like atopic dermatitis, another name for eczema. Olive oil has the same function while coconut oil effectively moisturises the skin. The essential oils also improve and further strengthen healing.

What you’ll need:

• Half a cup of beeswax pellets
• Half a cup of olive oil
• Half a cup of coconut oil
• Ten drops of essential oils. Your choice of essential oil could be lavender, geranium, frankincense, patchouli, roman chamomile, clary sage, sandalwood or vanilla essential oil.

What you should do:

• With a double boiler, get the beeswax melted.
• After it’s melted, take it off the boiler and allow it cool
• To the melted beeswax, add the olive oil and the coconut oil and stir well
• The essential oils should come next into the mixture after which you should continue to whip thoroughly till what you get it a texture that is creamy.
• Take the creamy mixture out and into a glass jar and store in a cool, dry place. Make sure you do not refrigerate .

Shea butter, Essential oils and Almond Oil moisturizer for dry skin

Essential oils keep the skin cells protected. They also possess antiseptic characteristics that protect the skin from infections and prevent the skin from suffering damage and rashes that could be as a result of excessive dryness. Finally, almond oil and shea butter moisturized the skin while providing nourishment to maintain its health.

What you’ll need:

• Half a cup of shea butter
• Two tablespoons of almond oil
• The essential oils : three drops of carrot seed essential oil, five drops rosemary essential oil, ten drops of lavender essential oil, three drops of tea tree essential oil.

What you should do:

• Start by shea butter in a double boiler.
• After it melts, add the almond oil and then turn off the burner.
• Let the mixture cool. Watch it to make sure it doesn’t start to solidify.
• After the mixture is sufficiently cooled, add essential oils and whip the mixture thoroughly using either a blender or a whisker, whatever works for you.
• The texture you get should be creamy. Scoop the mixture put and into a glass jar and store at room temperature
• You can now use the cream on your skin to moisturize.
