Water is one thing we can really not do without, here, i will show you the benefits of drinking water and why you should drink more water daily.


Study have shown that the human body needs at least 8 glasses of water a day. This is to prevent dehydration caused by lack of water. When you are dehydrated, you loose a lot of energy which explains why you should take in more fluids a day.
We loose water in our body through breathe, sweat, urine and bowel movement, these water lost needs to be replaced for proper functioning of our system.
