Cold compress

There are several ways of getting this, you can walk into a store to make a purchase or you can create one at home. The cold works to constrict the blood vessels rapidly and thus provide relief. Some simple DIY options include a wet washcloth, a chilled teaspoon, cool cucumber, etc. You should wrap the compress with a soft cloth to protect the skin.

Other methods include hydrating yourself, using a neti pot to clear your sinuses, retinol cream, using a sunscreen frequently, etc.
